The Challenge
Towns and cities have been facing budget and staff cuts throughout the Commonwealth. Money-saving opportunities slip away when city/town departments do not have time to chase energy efficiency, renewable energy and green economic development choices.

Green Workforce Training Solutions
We take these three steps with you to save money and time:
1 Inventory your energy, water, and waste - Collect data and write report. (30 hours)
2 Create a Municipal Taskforce and Action Plan - Invite 15-20 town/city, business & resident leaders and energy experts to customize an Action Plan for your town/city in six meetings. (12 hours)
3 Implement the Action Plan - Meet monthly for updates and progress reports. (20 hours or as needed)

The Benefits Are Yours
Reduce Waste
Save Time and Money
Pay for this work from the energy savings

Case Study - Municipal
To benchmark energy, water and waste, Jen Boudrie authored the 2006 Energy and Environmental Inventory for Marlborough, MA (population: 38,000) and then created the 2008 Sustainability Action Plan. She is co-chair of the Sustainability Taskforce working with a team of 15 city, residential and business leaders and energy experts to implement the Action Plan.
